I’m available to completely plan & produce a quiaint and memorable Holiday Party! All you have to do is simply let me know what type of event you would like to host, the number of guests expected, what types of food you would like to have served and a general idea of your personal taste in standard decoration & table setting(s) / Appearance. I will take care of everything else! Absolutely everything from formal invitations, menu planning, Cocktail bar set-up, event room decor, table settings & center pieces, shopping picking up all needed items, all food preparation, all ongoing kitchen & dining room food & guest service maintenance (replenishing food trays/platters, clearing used unwanted dishes & glasses, keeping everything neat & tidy etc.) I also take care of all clean-up at the copnclusion of the event!

My name is Larry. I am trying to get my Personal Chef Business “Off the ground” and thought that a Blog would be a good tool. The only problem is that I amnot exactly the most computer savvy person in the world! But, hopefully, soon, I will learn. If anybody has any ideas for me and my blog, please don’t hesitate. I need all the help I can get!

About Me??……I am 41 years old & live in NYC. I have been a Chef for my entire adult life. I have lived all over America. In my mid twenties, I did some stand up comedy which I started while living in Las Vegas. I then moved to Seattle where I continued with my comedy routine. I am thinking about trying to get back into it as I have several years of new material. Especially since I moved here to the “Big Apple” three years ago! Anyway, I am 5’8 with thinning hair (brown) and about 185 lbs. and like to play the piano, cook, walking in Manhattan and like to do volunteer work for abused animals!
